Delivery Terms
Petroario will arrange for the carriage of insured goods by sea to a port of destination, and provide the buyer with the documents necessary to obtain the goods from the carrier.
Petroario will arrange for the carriage of insured goods by sea to a port of destination but the seller does not have to procure marine insurance against the risk of loss or damage to the goods during transit.
Petroario will deliver goods on board a vessel nominated by the buyer. The seller fulfills its obligations to deliver when the goods have passed over the ship’s rail. The word “free” means the seller has an obligation to deliver goods to a named place for transfer to a carrier.
Petroario will arrange for the trucks of insured goods by ground to a neighbor destination.

Letter Of Intent
Letter Of Intent is a document outlining one or more agreements between two or more parties before the agreements are finalized. It summarizes the terms and conditions that a buyer is proposing.
A sample list of the required information for a quote:
1-The required type of bitumen (i.e. 60/70)
2-The required type of packaging for bitumen (i.e. new steel drums)
3-The quantity of bitumen (i.e. 500 MetricTons)
4-Preffered delivery term (i.e. CFR)
5-Preffered payment term (i.e. TT or L/C)
6-Destination Port (i.e. Zhanjiang-China)
7-Your expected order place time period (i.e. within one or two months later than this inquiry)
Commissions have basic role in bitumen business and it will be important to mention the expected amount of commission in letter of intent if needed, so that we can make the first step to a Win-Win confident business relation.
Packing List
The details that are necessary include the package count and type, the dimensions and the weight of each package, the cubic measure, the marks and numbers of each package, product description, and a reference to the line item on the commercial invoice. It is used by the buyer-seller to compare what has been ordered to what has been shipped and will be used by a Custom's Broker for clearance and entry into a country.
Inspection Certificate
The certification for the products we supply is based on A.S.T.M standards (American Society for Testing and Materials) which is a globally recognized leader standard. We provide certificate of quality and quantity by third party inspection companies which are most reputable and known to global markets such as S.G.S Inspection Company.
Insurance Certificate
We Provide different standard Marine Cargo insurance certification by third party insurance companies to covering local and international transportation of Bitumen according to latest insurance world clauses
We also provide our valued customers with certificate of origin from Iran chamber of commerce for all our products.
